BILLING POLICY

In A Nutshell

All plans are billed annually in one installment, upon the conclusion of your free 30 day trial. If you signed up for an annual account your credit card will be billed once for the year – this is your Subscription Term. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your Subscription Term we will refund you 100% of your charge.

NOTE: We reserve the right to change plan options and pricing at any time to better meet customer needs. Billing Policy

Your Subscription Term is typically 30 days after the date you sign up for service. The date you sign up for service is referred to as your Account Activation date. All payments are due on the account statement date. The account statement date is the beginning of your Subscription Term. The Subscription Term date can be found in your Account Dashboard.

All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement. All fees are due and payable in advance throughout the Subscription Term.

If you provide icanmakeitbetter.com (Sentient Services, LP) your credit card information, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to your account. Recurring charges will be posted to your credit card until such time that you cancel your account. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying icanmakeitbetter.com (Sentient Services, LP), of any changes to your credit card (including, but not limited to, card number, expiration date, billing address, and card status)Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due will be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

All quoted prices and fees are exclusive of sales, value added and similar taxes, which icanmakeitbetter.com (Sentient Services, LP) will charge or invoice as applicable, and Customer agrees to pay any such taxes applicable to its use of the Subscription Service and performance of Consulting Services. All sales taxes for the State of Texas are included in pricing for businesses that have a nexus in the State of Texas and where State of Texas sales tax is due.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, and you notify icanmakeitbetter.com in writing, via email or postal mail, within the first 30 days of Account Activation that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.

If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact us at billing@icanmakeitbetter.com.

Overage Fees and Subscription Plan Adjustments

Your Subscription Plan (this is the annually priced plan you subscribed to when signing up) includes a set number of “Survey Completes” per calendar month. A Survey Complete is considered any survey where a user has submitted data and you have collected that data on your icanmakeitbetter.com account. You may upgrade your Subscription Plan at any time to accommodate more Survey Completes per calendar month. Should you exceed your monthly Survey Completes you agree to pay $0.10/per survey complete above your Subscription Plan. This amount will be invoiced and billed separately from your Subscription Plan.

Renewal Policy

Unless either party gives the other written notice that it does not intend to renew the subscription at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the end of the Subscription Term, this Agreement will be automatically renewed for a period equal to the shorter of the Initial Subscription Term or one year ("Renewal Subscription Term"). The Renewal Subscription Term shall be: (i) on the then-current terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) subject to the pricing structure and applicable tiers provided for renewal terms in a customer agreement or, if not so specified, as then posted by icanmakeitbetter.com at http://app.icanmakeitbetter.com/plans. Should Customer decide not to renew, Customer may send the notice required by Cancellation Policies section in Billing Terms to billing@icanmakeitbetter.com.

Cancellation Policies

Below is the cancellation policy for icanmakeitbetter.com.

DIGITAL AUTHORIZATION

If you would like to cancel your Subscription Plan and deactivate you must send an email to billing@icanmakeitbetter.com 45 days prior to your Subscription Plan renewal.

For security reasons, the following information must be included with a cancellation submitted in this manner:

If any of the above information is absent, the cancellation cannot be accepted. No other methods accepted.

To safeguard against unauthorized account cancellations, no other means of cancellation will be accepted. Under no circumstances will icanmakeitbetter.com accept an account cancellation over the telephone.

CUSTOMER DATA

After cancellation is verified the account will be removed and all data associated with the account may be lost.

Service changes, modifications, and/or termination

We continuously work towards improving our site and services (the “Service”). Accordingly, we reserve the right at any time, with or without notice to you, to (a) change pricing and plan attributes, and/or (b) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof). You acknowledge that such modifications to the Service may result in changes to your current plan’s features and pricing. You agree that icanmakeitbetter will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. You have the right to cancel your plan at any time (though no refunds will be given for unused portions of your Subscription Plan) and to change plans at any time.
